Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
