How long does it take to ship a bike?
Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transit before leaving our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and easy-to-follow instructions in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return window. The bike must be in 'like-new' condition and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bikes that show signs of outdoor use.
Do you offer professional bike tuning?
Yes, every bike purchased through Cove Bikes includes one free professional tune-up at any of our authorized service partner locations within the first six months of ownership.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers on select models.
